Prior to Shipping:

• Please include any personalizations in the "Text to Be Engraved" box on the page of each of your desired item(s). Each product has a different limit of characters per line allowed. Read the descriptions carefully for these numbers and count each space, letter, and/or other character to ensure that your desired personalization fits within these limits

• If we discover a problem with your desired engraving, we will email you immediately. Please monitor your email. If there are multiple lines, please specify exactly what you would like to go on each line by typing Line 1, Line 2, etc for each line to be engraved

• If the characters are within the item limits and everything is correct, we will accept your engraving order as final. Please make sure the personalization is exactly what you want before submitting your order. During the checkout process all customers must agree to the Engraving Terms & Conditions in order to purchase. If you type your text in all CAPS, then your engraving will be in all CAPS. If you desire a different spelling, ie "Worldz Best Poker Playerz," then that is what you will receive

Shipping:

• If you do not see the quantity of items you need listed, please contact us! We can work with you!

• Your personalized item(s) will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving your payment. This is excellent shipping time for unique personalized gifts!

• Multiple item orders - Shipping fees vary per the final weight of the package, addres to ship to, and speed. Receive extra savings when ordering multiple quantities, as additional weight usually does not increase the shipping charge in large increments (up to 150 lbs)

• Various shipping speed options are available to choose from. Ground (6-8 business days), Three Day (3 business days), Two Day Select (2 business days), and Overnight

Returns:

• We apologize, but personalized items cannot be returned due to their engraving. Please be sure the personalization is exactly what you want before you bid. We appreciate your understanding in this matter

• If there is a build defect with the item when it arrives, contact us immediately. Manufacturers' errors must be sent back within 7 days and must be sent with a Return Authorization number in order to receive a replacement item or store credit
