Frequently Asked Questions
- Are different fonts available? - Unless otherwise specified on the individual product page the font pictured is the only one available
- What is a Monogram Font? - If an item indicates it uses a Monogram, please read the following instructions: This item can be engraved with three-letters, in the order of first initial, last initial, middle initial. The last initial is bigger than the other two initials. For instance, if your name was James Andrew Smith, in the Engraving Text box you would put JSA. Your engraving would look like JSA. Please specify only three initials
- Can logos be engraved? - YES, many of our items can be engraved with corporate or business logos! Please contact us for further details
- Can Greek letters be engraved? - YES, we can do Greek lettering for fraternities and sororities on some items. Please contact us for further details
- Can I get products without any engraving? - Of course! If you want your items plain with no engraving, simply put "N/A" in the 'Text to Be Engraved' box on the product page
- What is the 'Engraving Text Agreement'? - At the end of the checkout process the following agreement is presented:
"I agree that the above entered desired engraving text is accurate. By checking this box, I understand that the text entered is final and cannot be changed after submission."
The agreement must be accepted before checking out
- Do you offer bulk discounts? - Yes we do offer bulk discounts on certain items for large one time orders. Please contact us for further details and arrangements before ordering
- Where can you ship packages? - Currently we ship to the United States, US Territories, and Canada. We do ship to APO addresses as well
- Can I return or exchange my purchase? - Your products have been uniquely engraved according to your specifications. Therefore it is impossible for them to be resold. Please ensure that the wordage you specify for engraving on your items is exactly how you want it. Once you agree that your text is final and submit your order, the submission is finalized. Products can only be exchanged in case of manufacturer defect. Please contact us further with any questions
- How long is the manufacturing process? - Your custom engraved items can usually be made in 2-3 business days after your order is received and submitted for processing. This is excellent time for uniquely made products. Favors and candles can take up to 4-5 business days
- I'm in a hurry! Is a rush option available? - Yes! For a small fee of $15.00 your entire order can be bumped to the head of the manufacturing line and will ship out within 24 business hours for normal gifts and 3 business days for candles/favors. One fee will cover your entire order
- What about rush shipping? - Fast shipment options are also available, including 2-3 day and overnight! During the checkout process, view the available options and select which will work best for you
